Installation standard of gypsum plasterboard
1. The gypsum board of the wall shall be installed in sequence from the end of one side of the wall. After the installation of one side, the concealed works such as various pipelines, sockets and switches in the wall shall be installed. After the acceptance of concealed works, install the gypsum board on the other side.
2. The gypsum board should be laid vertically, and the long side joint should be installed on the vertical keel. The overlapping width of gypsum board and keel shall not be less than 20mm.
3. The light steel keel shall be fixed with special anti-rust self-tapping screws and driven and tightened at one time with an electric screw gun. The screw spacing around the gypsum board should be 200 mm, and the screw spacing in the board should be 300 mm; The screw shall be 10~15mm from the edge of the plate and 15~20mm from the cutting edge.
4. The gypsum board shall be fixed from the middle of the board to the four sides of the board. The plug shall be slightly embedded in the plate for 0.5~1.0mm, and the paper surface shall not be damaged.
5. The joint treatment of gypsum board shall use the joint sealant and joint tape supplied by the manufacturer. The gypsum board and the surrounding wall or column shall have a 3mm notch for crack release. Note that full batch of putty can not be used to replace caulking putty.
6. The lower edge (cutting edge) of the gypsum board shall be lifted by the overhead plate, about 10mm from the ground, and shall not be placed directly on the floor.
7. The top edge of the gypsum board shall be tight with the floor slab without leaving any gap. 10mm gap shall be reserved at the top of the sound insulation wall and filled with sealant. Refer to the relevant nodes in GJT 002 for the construction of the top of the fireproof partition and the top sliding partition.
8. Gypsum boards must be installed in staggered joints (including vertical joints, transverse joints, single boards on both sides of the keel, double boards on both sides and single boards on one side of the keel and double boards on the other side).
9. The external corners should be provided with angle protectors, and the external corners of vulnerable parts should be provided with metal angle protectors; Metal corner protection paper tape should be used for the external corners of non-vulnerable parts.
